EDUCATION: Bachelor of Tourism (VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities)/ Bachelor of Foreign Language (University of Languages & International Studies)

EXPERIENCE: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich has over 20 years of experience in tourism and hospitality industry. He has also held numerous executive level positions at luxury five star hotels, resorts and cruise systems such as Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel; Indochina Sails cruise system, Mekong Rustic tourist area… Prior to CRH, Mr.Bich was a senior consultant and directly participated in the delopment of various community-based ecotourism projects in the northern mountainous provinces, the central region, southwestern region and the Mekong Delta. Besides, He participated in collaborating and consulting on tourism development policies for many non-governmental organizations such as WWF-Vietnam, Helvetas, ILO, Caritas & SNV-Vietnam, etc.

Until now, he has held the position as General Director of Crystal Holidays (the parent company of CRH Hospitality). He is also the one who created and keeps operating some tourism subsidiary brands: Active Travel Asia, Crystal Holidays Cruise, Mekong Rustic (of the Crystal Holidays system).
